Deliveries and Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders with-in 24hrs (except weekends and Bank holidays, when it will be the next working day), however we are only human and from time to time this may not be possible.
We would always dispatch with-in 21 days regardless, should you have an urgent order please email first info@stephanies-magic.com we will always do our best to help.
All orders dispatched are via The Royal Mail and we obtain proof of delivery, so please make sure that there is somebody who can sign for your parcel on arrival.
We email our customers, to inform them their parcel has been sent.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched we are in the hands of The Royal Mail and we can not be held responsible for any delays caused through or by The Royal Mail.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please email info@stephanies-magic.com first to arrange return, this must be done with-in 3 days of arrival to your address, after this time it will deemed you are happy with your purchase.
Should your parcel arrive damaged, we must be informed with-in 36hrs as we claim from The Royal Mail, we would like Photographs of the damage if possible to send with our claim.
We would either offer a replacement or a refund of the damaged item, and in most cases would not require the damaged item to be returned.
Should your parcel not arrive with-in 15 days of our email confirming dispatch, it would be deemed that it has been lost in The Royal Mail system, we would either dispatch another parcel to you or refund in full, we would put a claim into The Royal Mail for the lost parcel.
We have to allow 15 days as this is The Royal Mail guidelines

Should you place and pay for an order and we dispatch it correctly and then you decide that you no longer want the items, they cpbe sent back to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item(s) undamaged including the packaging they are in we will reimburse you the cost of the item on less a 20% handling.
Please note we will not reimburse the postage.
We will not accept incense, oils, or candles for returnmaged Items
We must be notified within 3 working days of receipt otherwise it will be assumed you have accepted in good condition.
With all damages, please email or telephone us in the first instance.
If possible photograph the item and email it to us, as in some instances we would not request the damaged item back, we would then either at your request send out a replacement or refund the cost of the damaged item.
If however, it is not possible to photograph and email us the item(s) showing the damage, the item(s) would need to be returned to us, via registered post, at your own expense.
