Deliveries and Returns Policy
Should you place and pay for an order and we despatch it correctly and then you decide that you no longer want the items, they can be sent back to us at your own cost. Once we receive the item(s) undamaged including the packaging they are in we will reimburse you the cost of the item on less a 20% handling.
Please note we will not reimburse the postage.
We will not accept incense, oils, or candles for return.
Damaged Items
We must be notified within 3 working days of receipt otherwise it will be assumed you have accepted in good condition.
With all damages, please email or telephone us in the first instance.
If possible photograph the item and email it to us, as in some instances we would not request the damaged item back, we would then either at your request send out a replacement or refund the cost of the damaged item.
If however, it is not possible to photograph and email us the item(s) showing the damage, the item(s) would need to be returned to us, via registered post, at your own expense.
